These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 76aceph ("76aceph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 76aceph online gaming platform available at https://76aceph.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

76aceph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 76aceph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 76aceph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 76aceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

76aceph may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

76aceph supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 76aceph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

76aceph reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request is found to be in violation of these Terms or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 76aceph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 76aceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 76aceph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

76aceph uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games and live physical equipment for live dealer games. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 76aceph's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome. 76aceph will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming any wager on the 76aceph Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 76aceph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 76aceph account.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 76aceph Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 76aceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 76aceph is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 76aceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 76aceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 76aceph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 76aceph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

76aceph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at 76aceph's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 76aceph support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. 76aceph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Amendments

76aceph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
